Ingredients:

  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Chopped onion 1
  • Whole mix spice 1 tbsp
  • Kashmiri red chilies 6
  • Blended tomatoes 4
  • Roasted & crushed cumin 1 tsp
  • Chicken (12 pieces) 1 kg
  • Cashewnut ground 15
  • Poppy seeds powder 2 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  • Salt 1-1/2 tsp
  • Cream 4 tbsp
  • Green chilies 4
  • Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
  • Boiled eggs 2

Method:

  1. Soak Kashmiri red chilies, take out seeds and grind it.
  2. Now heat oil and fry chopped onion and whole mix spice.
  3. Then add green chilies ground, tomatoes and chicken and fry more.
  4. Then put cashew nut and ginger garlic, cover it and cook until chicken tender.
  5. Then put cream, green chilies and coriander leaves, simmer it, garnished with boiled eggs and serve.

Murgh Shahjahani is amazing dish. Its flavors are delicious. Prepared with chicken and garnished with boiled eggs.
