Coconut Cheesecake

Ingredients:

For Crust:

  • Biscuits crumbs 1 cup
  • Cinnamon powder 1/2 tsp
  • Unsalted butter 4 tbsp

For Cheesecake:

  • Cream cheese 8 oz
  • Cream of coconut 1/2 cup
  • Coconut essence 1 tsp
  • Condensed milk 1 can
  • Grated coconut for garnish
  • Whipped cream for garnish

Method:

  1. Combine all crust ingredients nicely.
  2. Now put in serving glasses and press it downward.
  3. Then beat cream cheese, cream of coconut and condensed milk until smooth.
  4. Now add coconut essence and combine it.
  5. Then put cheese cake filling on crust and keep cheesecake in refrigerator for 2 hours.
  6. Garnish with whipped cream and grated coconut and serve.
