Ingredients:

  • Chicken 1 kg
  • Water 4 cups
  • Mix whole spice 1 tbsp
  • Onion chopped 1
  • Tandoori naan squares 4-5
  • Yogurt 1 kg
  • Lemon juice 1/2 cup
  • Tahini paste 4 tbsp
  • Garlic 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Pine nut fried 2 tbsp
  • Ghee 1/2 cup
  • Parsley or Coriander for garnish

Method:

  1. Boil chicken with salt, mix whole spice and salt.
  2. Chicken tender, shred it and separate stock.
  3. Fry naan until golden and put in oven proof dish.
  4. Put yogurt, tahini paste, garlic, lemon juice, salt and black pepper in other bowl and mix it.
  5. Before serving, boil stock and put on naan.
  6. Now put yogurt, chicken, pine nuts and parsley and give bhagar.
  7. Then put crushed red chili and serve.

Fatteh is Southern Levantine dish. Naan is fried and set on base of oven proof dish. Topped with yogurt, chicken, pine nuts and parsley.
