Ingredients:

  • Beef 1/2 kg
  • Green onion 250 gm
  • Green chilies 6
  • Garlic 6
  • Ginger 1 inch
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Cumin 2 tsp
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Bread slices 2

For Masala:

  • Fried onion 1 cup
  • Yogurt 250 gm
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Green chilies 4
  • Tomatoes 2
  • Onion 2
  • Butter 100 gm

Method:

  1. Put beef, green onion, green chilies, ginger, garlic, cumin, all spice and bread slices in chopper, chop it and make kabab.
  2. Put salt and onion in yogurt and beat it.
  3. Now keep kabab in thal and put whipped yogurt.
  4. Then put green chilies, tomatoes and fried onion.
  5. Then heat butter and put on it.
  6. Preheat oven on 280 degrees C, keep oven in kabab and bake for 30 minutes.

Thal Kabab is new kabab dish. It is prepared with beef & vegetables and put in thal. Then top with yogurt, vegetables & butter and baked.
