Mutton Khoya Kabab

Ingredients:

  • Mutton mince 1/2 kg
  • Khoya 1/2 cup
  • Butter 2 oz
  • Finely chopped onion 1 cup
  • Finely chopped ginger 1 tbsp
  • Finely chopped garlic 1 tbsp
  • Green chilies 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Turmeric 1/4 tsp
  • Cumin powder 1 tsp
  • Sweet soda 1/2 tsp
  • Onion slice for garnish

Method:

  1. Put khoya, butter, onion, ginger, garlic, green chilies, salt, red chili powder, turmeric and cumin in mutton mince, mix it and chop in chopper nicely.
  2. Before making kabab, add sweet soda.
  3. Then make kabab in seekh kabab shape and fry in pan or bake.
  4. Then given smoke of coal and serve with onion.

Mutton Khoya Kabab is tasty kabab. Mutton is mixed with khoya, butter & spices and chopped in chopper. Then made kabab, fried or baked and then given smoke of coal. Served with chutney and onion or make kabab paratha.
