Khoya Jelly Slice

Ingredients:

  • Khoya 1/2 kg
  • Strawberry jelly 1 packet
  • Kewra essence few drops
  • Yellow color 1 pinch
  • Cardamom 1/4 tsp
  • Finely chopped almonds 2 tbsp
  • Finely chopped pistachios 2 tbsp
  • Silver paper 2
  • Sugar 1/2 cup

Method:

  1. Put khoya and sugar in wok and cook on low flame.
  2. When tender, put cardamom and close stove.
  3. Now put almonds, pistachios, yellow color and kewra essence.
  4. Grease tray and spread it.
  5. Then put water in jelly and cook it.
  6. Now cool it, cut into slices, put on khoya and spread silver paper.

Khoya Jelly Slice is delicious dish. Khoya is cooked with sugar. Topped with jelly slices and silver paper. It is easy recipe to make.
