  • I tried this recipe last night but tweaked it a little. I added 1 tsp red chili powder to the chicken with salt. It was just too darn good!!! Might try again without the red chili next time and see how it turns out. This recipe is definitely a keeper!

  • twinklestar,the quantity of rice and meat depends on how many dishes you are making for dinner, if you are making too many dishes you don't have to use a lot of meat, otherwise 4 pounds of meat for korma and 2 kg of rice for pulao should be enough. just get a second opinion on it.
