Coconut Chutney

Ingredients:

  • Fresh coconut (grated) – 1
  • Fresh green chilies – 2
  • Coriander leaves (chopped) – 2 tbsp
  • Lemon or lime juice - 2 tbsp
  • Split peas – 1 tbsp
  • Yogurt  -  ¾ cup
  • Salt – to taste

Method:

  1. Take a grinder and include all the ingredients in it.
  2. Grind for a minute until a paste is formed.
  3. Pour it in a bowl and serve cold
