Ingredients:

  • Kidney beans (drained and rinsed) – 4 cans
  • Cucumber (chopped) – 1
  • Stalk celery (chopped) – 1
  • Hard cooked eggs – 2
  • Mayonnaise - to taste
  • Celery salt - to taste

Method:

  1. Canned kidney beans are combined with chopped cucumber, celery, and hard cooked eggs, and moistened with mayonnaise.
  2. Mix all ingredients and refrigerate until chilled.
