Bacon and Eggs

Ingredients:

  • Bacon or sausage – 3 strips
  • Eggs – 2
  • Parmesan (grated) – 2 pinch
  • Salsa – 2 tbsp
  • Pita pockets – 2
  • Dry onion soup mix

Method:

  1. Fry the bacon and cut into pieces.
  2. Fry the eggs in the bacon and then add the onion soup mix.
  3. Line toasted pita with a spoon of salsa.
  4. Then fill with eggs and bacon and top with cheese.
