Almond Milk Shake

Ingredients:

  • Milk 3 cups
  • Almonds 1 cup, soaked overnight
  • Sugar 3/4 cup / To taste
  • Water 1 - 2 cups
  • Cardamom 6 pods
  • Saffron a few strands

Method:

  1. Grind almonds along with cardamom and sugar.
  2. Then add milk into the blender, and process along with the other ingredients.
  3. Add one or two cups of water as the thickness consistency desired.
  4. Garnish with Saffron strands.
  5. Serve chilled.
