Crab Filled Cream Cheese Pastry

Ingredients:

  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 2 tsp grated onion
  • 1 tsp horseradish
  • 1 tsp lemon juice  
  • 6 oz shredded crab meat

Method:

  1. In a bowl, mix together cream cheese, onion, horseradish and lemon juice.
  2. Fold in the crabmeat.
  3. Fill pastry mould with the mixture.
  4. Chill and serve
