Ingredients:

  • Semolina 250 gm.
  • Sugar 1/2 cup.
  • Almond paste 1 cup.
  • Ghee 1 cup.
  • Khoya 250 gm.
  • Milk 2 cup.
  • Almonds for garnish.
  • Almond essence 1 tsp.

Method:

  1. Take almonds and soak them in water overnight.
  2. Next day make almond paste.
  3. Take a wok and pour ghee in it.
  4. Add semolina in it and roast it.
  5. After this add milk, sugar and almond paste in it.
  6. Roast all of them together.
  7. At this time add khoya and almond essence.
  8. Cook all of it together until the ghee separates and comes up.
  9. Take the halwa out in a dish.
  10. Garnish with chopped almonds.
