Lemon Yogurt Bread

Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 egg
  • 8 ounces lemon yogurt
  • 1/3 cup oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Method:

  1. Combine the flour, sugar, salt, baking soda and baking powder in a bowl and mix well.
  2. In another bowl, combine the egg, yogurt, oil and lemon juice. Stir into dry ingredients just until moistened.
  3. Pour into a greased loaf pan.
  4. Bake at 325° for 45-50 minutes.
  5. Cool for 10 minutes and serve.
