Keri Ka Sharbat by Chef Gulzar
- Raw mango 1/2 kg
- Sugar 500 gm
- Lemon juice 4 tbsp
- Ice as required
- Salt to taste
- Boil raw mango with skin.
- When soft, peel it and separate its pulp.
- Now mix sugar and salt in it and cook until thick.
- When thick, put lemon juice, mix it, take it out and cool it.
- Then fill in bottle and keep it.
- When required, take out 2 tbsp, put water and ice, mix it and serve.
