  • Raw mango 1/2 kg
  • Sugar 500 gm
  • Lemon juice 4 tbsp
  • Ice as required
  • Salt to taste


  1. Boil raw mango with skin.
  2. When soft, peel it and separate its pulp.
  3. Now mix sugar and salt in it and cook until thick.
  4. When thick, put lemon juice, mix it, take it out and cool it.
  5. Then fill in bottle and keep it.
  6. When required, take out 2 tbsp, put water and ice, mix it and serve.
