Ingredients:

  • Chicken mince 1/2 kg
  • Onion 1
  • Tomato 2
  • Green chilies 4
  • Coriander leaves 1/4 cup
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Crushed red chili 1 tsp
  • Whole coriander 1 tbsp
  • Cumin 1 tsp
  • Fennel 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic 2 tbsp
  • Chaat masala 1 tbsp
  • All spice 1 tsp
  • Boiled eggs 2
  • Oil as required

Method:

  1. Heat oil on tawa and fry onion.
  2. Now cut tomato into round, keep on sides of onion and cover it.
  3. When tomato is soft, put green chilies, ginger garlic, salt, red chili, coriander, cumin, fennel, chaat masala and all spice and roast it.
  4. Then add mince and oil, cover it and cook until tender.
  5. Then garnish green chilies and coriander leaves and serve hot.

Tawa Keema is tasty dish. Its flavor is delicious. It is cooked on tawa and served with roti.
