Rice Balls

Ingredients:

  • Mince 250 gm
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Chopped onion 1/2 cup
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Boiled rice 2 cups
  • Eggs 1+2
  • Cheddar cheese 1/2 cup
  • Bread crumbs 2 cups
  • Flour for coat
  • Soya sauce 2 tbsp
  • Chili garlic sauce 2 tbsp
  • Hoisin sauce 1 tbsp
  • Tomato paste 2 tbsp
  • Crushed coriander leaves 2 tbsp
  • Chopped green chilies 2
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Crushed red chili 1/2 tsp

Method:

  1. Heat oil and fry onion until soft.
  2. Now add ginger garlic paste, soya sauce, chili garlic paste, hoisin sauce, tomato paste, salt, black pepper, red chili and mince and fry it nicely.
  3. Then put 1/2 cup water, cover it and cook until mince tender.
  4. Now mix mince with boiled rice, add cheese and 1 egg, mix it and make balls.
  5. Then roll balls in flour.
  6. Then dip in eggs, roll with bread crumbs, deep fry it and serve.
