					Ingredients:
- White beans 100 gm
 
- Okra (lady fingers) 300 gm
 
- Tomatoes 2
 
- Onion 1
 
- Tomato paste 1/4 cup
 
- Chicken cubes 1/2 kg
 
- Tara garam masala 1 tbsp
 
- Salt 1 tsp
 
- Red chili powder 2 tsp
 
- Garlic 2 tsp
 
- Cumin powder 1 tsp
 
- Green cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
 
- Oil 1/2 cup
 
Method:
- Heat oil in pan, saute garlic, add onion, tomatoes, tomato paste, chicken cubes and all masalay and cook on low flame.
 
- When tomatoes and onion are soft, add boiled white beans and 1-1/2 cup water and cook more on low flame.
 
- Then add okra, cover it, simmer it for 6-8 minutes and serve.
 
								
					  
					
					Lady Finger Stew is different recipe. Then addition of white beans is wonderful. It is served with naan or roti.
