Fish Kofta Pulao

Ingredients:

  • Boneless fish fillet 200 gm
  • Rice 1-1/2 cups
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Chopped onion slice 2
  • Cumin 1/2 tsp
  • Cloves 7-8
  • Salt to taste
  • Coriander leaves 16-18
  • Lemon chili pickle 2 tbsp
  • Chicken stock 3 cups

Method:

  1. Heat oil in pan, add cumin, cloves and onion and saute for 1 minutes.
  2. Now grind fish fillet with salt, coriander leaves and lemon chili pickle and make smooth paste.
  3. Now add rice and toss it.
  4. Then add chicken stock and cook it.
  5. Now divide fish mixture into equally portions and shape them into small balls of koftay.
  6. Then put koftay in pan and mix it.
  7. Now put remaining lemon chili pickle and salt and mix it nicely.
  8. Then cover it, cook on low flame until rice is fully cooked and serve hot.
