Ingredients:

  • Yogurt 250 gm
  • Garlic 4 cloves
  • Water 1/2 cup
  • Roasted cumin 2 tsp
  • Green chilies paste 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Oil 3 tbsp

Method:

  1. Put water, salt, cumin, black pepper and green chilies paste in yogurt and beat it.
  2. Now heat oil in pan and saute garlic cloves.
  3. When aroma comes, put with oil in yogurt mixture.
  4. Zeera raita is ready.

Zeera Raita is very easy recipe to prepare. It is served with aloo ky parathay.
