Ingredients:

  • Big tomatoes 4-5
  • Mince 1/2 kg
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Crushed red chilies 1 tbsp
  • Onion seeds 1 tsp
  • Finely chopped onion 1
  • Crushed green chilies 4
  • Lemons 4
  • Curry leaves few
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil 1 bowl

Method:

  1. Wash tomatoes, cut upper part and take out pulp.
  2. Put mice, ginger garlic paste, turmeric and salt in wok and cook it.
  3. When water of mince dries, put green chilies, red chilies, curry leaves, onion, tomatoes pulp, onion seeds and oil and roast it.
  4. Then add lemon juice, cool it, then fill it little little in tomatoes and close upper part with toothpicks.
  5. Then heat oil in frying pan, put filled tomatoes, fry it slightly and spread on remaining mince.
  6. Simmer it for 5-10 minutes.
  7. It is ready.

Bharay Huay Tamatar is different recipe. Mince is stuffed in tomatoes and fried. Make it at home in simple method.
