Ingredients:

  • Mutton or Beef 1/2 kg
  • Cauliflower (finely chopped) 1
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Finely chopped onion 2
  • Finely chopped ginger 2 tbsp
  • Finely chopped coriander leaves 2 tbsp
  • Finely chopped long green chilies 4
  • Oil 1 cup

Method:

  1. Put mutton or beef, hot water, onion, ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric and salt and cook it.
  2. When meat tender, put cauliflower and roast it lightly.
  3. Now add ginger and green chilies and simmer it on low flame.
  4. Cauliflower will tender in its own water.
  5. Then roast it slightly, put coriander leaves and serve hot.

Gobi Gosht is amazing dish. Beef or mutton and cauliflower are used to prepare this dish. Serve it with rice or roti.
