Chicken Haryali

Ingredients:

  • Chicken (12 pieces) 1 kg
  • Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • Turmeric 1/4 tsp
  • Salt 1-1/2 tsp
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Brown onion ground 4 tbsp
  • Coriander leaves 1 tbsp
  • Green chilies 10
  • All spice 1/2 tsp
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Saffron 1 pinch
  • Kewra water 1 tbsp

Method:

  1. Heat oil and fry ginger garlic.
  2. Now put all spice and yogurt and fry more.
  3. Then put chicken, coriander leaves, green chilies and brown onion, cover it and cook it.
  4. Then put saffron and kewra water and simmer it.

Chicken Haryali is amazing dish. Haryali is combination of green chilies & coriander leaves. Serve with rice or naan.
