Masaledar Tandoori Karahi

Ingredients:

  • Chicken tikka pieces 4
  • Carom 1 tsp
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Roasted cumin 1 tbsp
  • Red color 1/2 tsp
  • Tatri 1/2 tsp
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
  • Tomatoes 1/2 kg
  • Green chilies 6
  • Cumin 2 tsp
  • Crushed whole coriander 2 tsp
  • Coriander leaves 1/2 bunch
  • Oil 1/2 cup

Method:

  1. Mix carom, all spice powder, red chili powder and cumin and roast it.
  2. Now add red color, yogurt, ginger garlic, tatri and salt and mix it.
  3. Then marinate chicken with it and leave for 30 minutes.
  4. Heat oil in pan, put tomato rings.
  5. Now put marinated chicken and cover for 10 minutes.
  6. When water dries, put roasted cumin, whole coriander, green chilies and coriander leaves and simmer it for 10 minutes.

Masaledar Tandoori Karahi is delicious and spicy dish. It is prepared with chicken tikka pieces. You can add some more ingredients.
