Ingredients:

  • Meat 1/2 kg
  • Chana daal 1/2 cup
  • Egg 1
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Fennel 2 tsp
  • Whole coriander 2 tsp
  • Crushed red chili 2 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp

For Filling:

  • Yogurt 1/2 cup
  • Crushed green chili 1 tsp
  • Mint leaves 2 tbsp
  • Finely chopped onion 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for fry

Method:

  1. Put meat, black pepper, salt, whole coriander, red chili, ginger garlic paste and fennel in pot and cook it.
  2. When meat tender, cool it, grind in chopper and add egg.
  3. Now mix yogurt, green chili, mint leaves, onion and salt.
  4. Then make kabab, fill mixture in it, flat with hands and fry in oil.

Shikampuri Kebab is amazing kabab. Kabab is prepared with meat & chana daal, filled with yogurt mixture and fried. Served with sauce. Make it at home,
