Ingredients:

  • Finely chopped mince 1/2 kg
  • Holay 1-1/2 cup
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Chopped onion 1 cup
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Blended tomatoes 1 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Red chili powder 2 tsp
  • Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  • Black cardamom 1
  • Cumin 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • Green chilies slice 4
  • Ginger julienne 1 tbsp

Method:

  1. Heat oil and fry onion.
  2. Now put ginger garlic paste, tomatoes and spices and cook for 10 minutes so that oil comes up.
  3. Now put mince, fry it, put 1 cup water and cook for 20 minutes.
  4. Then put holay and 1/2 cup water and cook on medium flame.
  5. Then put green chili, ginger and all spice and serve.

Holay Keema is new keema dish. Holay is added in this recipe. It is prepared with same method of mince. Serve with roti or rice.
