Hara Masala Chicken Tikka

Ingredients:

  • Chicken (8 pieces) 1-1/2 kg
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Coriander leaves 2 bunches
  • Lemons 4
  • Garlic cloves 6
  • Green chilies 8
  • Yellow food color 1 pinch
  • Black pepper crushed 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • White vinegar 2 tbsp
  • Oil as required
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Wash chicken.
  2. Now mix yellow color with vinegar and spread on chicken nicely.
  3. Also spread yogurt, salt and ginger garlic paste.
  4. Then blend coriander leaves, green chilies and garlic clove in blender and make chutney.
  5. Now take out from blender, add salt and lemon juice, spread on chicken, keep on stove and dry water.
  6. When water dries, take out chicken, skew on skewer, fry on stove or fry on grill pan with oil.
  7. When golden brown, brush with oil.
  8. Serve with parathay or naan.

Hara Masala Chicken Tikka is delicious tikka. Chicken is marinated with yellow color, yogurt and hara masala. Then cook on stove or grill it. Hara masala is made with coriander leaves and green chilies. Serve with parathay or naan.
