Hunzai Chargha Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Whole chicken 1
  • Roasted & crushed coriander 2 tbsp
  • Sambal Oelek 2 tbsp
  • Roasted & crushed white cumin 1 tsp
  • All spice 1 tsp
  • Soya sauce 1 tbsp
  • Sriracha sauce 3 tbsp
  • Yogurt 1/2 cup
  • Suree soya sauce 1 tbsp
  • Suree sriracha sauce 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1-1/2 tsp
  • Green cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
  • Turmeric 1/4 tsp
  • Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
  • Cream 1/2 cup
  • Ghee 1/2 cup

Method:

  1. Mark cut on chicken and marinate chicken with all ingredients for few hours.
  2. Now cook on low flame until chicken tender and thick masala remains.

Hunzai Chargha is delicious dish. Chicken is marinated with sauces, cream & yogurt. Fried and serve with raita. Make it in Eid.
