Chicken Fried Rice is tasty dish. It is Chinese cuisine. You must try this rice dish.

Ingredients:

  • Rice 1 kg
  • Chicken shredded 1 cup
  • Green onions chopped 1 cup
  • Carrots chopped 2
  • Peas 1/2 cup
  • Garlic juice 2 tbsp
  • Soya sauce 2 tbsp
  • Vinegar 1 tbsp
  • Ajinomoto 1/2 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Cinnamon powder 1 small
  • Oil 1 cup

Direction:

  1. Soak rice in water for 20 minutes.
  2. Then heat oil in pot, put chicken, garlic water, soya sauce, salt and black pepper and fry it nicely.
  3. Then put carrots, peas and green onion and roast it nicely.
  4. Then put rice and roast rice until its color in brown for 10 minutes.
  5. Then put 6 cups water, cover it and cook until water dries.
  6. Then simmer it and put ajinomoto, cinnamon powder and soya sauce.
  7. Then take out in dish and serve.

Chicken Fried Rice is prepared with chicken, boiled rice and vegetables. Then cooked together, sprinkled with ajinomoto & cinnamon powder and simmered. Serve with raita.
