Crispy Fried Chicken Recipe

Crispy Fried Chicken is Southern China and Hong Kong dish. It is also popular in Pakistan. It is children favorite dish. Make it at home and surprise your children.


For Chicken:

  • Chicken pieces with skin 12
  • Ginger paste 1/2 tbsp
  • Garlic paste 1/2 tbsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Cumin powder 1 tsp
  • Garam masala powder 1 tsp
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Eggs beaten 4
  • Oil for fry

For Coating:

  • All-purpose flour 2 cups
  • Rice flour 1/2 cup
  • Corn flour 1/2 cup
  • Chicken powder 4 tbsp
  • Garlic powder 2 tbsp
  • White pepper powder 2 tbsp
  • Chinese salt 2 tbsp


  1. For chicken: Put ginger paste, garlic paste, vinegar, red chili powder, turmeric, cumin powder, garam masala powder, lemon juice and salt in bowl and mix it nicely.
  2. Then marinate chicken with this mixture for 1 to 2 hours and keep in fridge.
  3. Then dip each chicken piece in beaten eggs and coat with coating.
  4. Then heat oil in wok and deep fry chicken until golden brown.
  5. Then take out in serving dish and serve with French fries, ketchup and chili garlic sauce.
  6. For coating: Sieve all-purpose flour, corn flour and rice flour.
  7. Then put in bowl with chicken powder, garlic powder, white pepper powder and Chinese salt and mix it nicely.

Crispy Fried Chicken is crispy dish. Chicken is marinated with spices, lemon juice and paste. Then dipped in eggs, coated with all-purpose flour mixture and deep fried. Serve with French fries and ketchup or sauce.
