Ingredients:

  • 1 small cauliflower
  • 2 tomatoes chopped
  • 2 onions chopped
  • 2 tbs ginger-garlic paste
  • 2 tsp red chili powder
  • 1/4 tsp yellow turmeric powder
  • 2 tsp coriander powder
  • salt to taste
  • cooking oil

Method:

  1. In a pot fry the onions till brown. Then add the tomatoes and all the masalas.
  2. Also add the ginger garlic paste. When the tomatoes are slightly cooked, add the cubed potatoes.
  3. Add some water along and cook for around 20 minutes.
  4. Now add cauliflower and cook till vegetables are cooked.
