Lentil stew

Ingredients:

  • 1 Cantimpalo sausage
  • 1 morcilla
  • 1 ham bone.
  • 1 bay leaf.
  • 1 garlic head.
  • 1 potato

Method:

  1. Cook the lentils in water and add sausage.
  2. Slice the morcilla, the ham bone and the garlic head.
  3. Cook for 1 hour and add the cubed potato.
  4. Cook for another 15 minutes.
