Banana Cream Frosting

Ingredients:

  • 60 g butter
  • 4  bananas, mashed
  • 4 tbsp whipping cream
  • ¼ tsp white vinegar
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 450 g confectioner's sugar

Method:

  1. Take a pot and combine butter with salt in it.
  2. Beat the mixture until creamy.
  3. Add mashed banana, cream and vinegar.
  4. Mix well.
  5. Add sugar and beat until frosting is fluffy.
