Marshmallow Creme

Ingredients:
- 3 large eggs whites
- 500 ml corn syrup
- ½ tsp salt
- 250 gram powdered sugar
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
Method:
- In a pot combine egg whites, syrup and salt.
- Mix it well until thick.
- Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract and beat until well blended.
- Serve cold.
Quick and easy to make dessert
