Ingredients for Malai Tikka:

  • Chicken boneless 1/2 kg
  • Meat tenderizer 1/2 tsp
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Oil 1 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Fresh cream 2 tbsp
  • White pepper 1 tsp
  • Coriander, Green chilli 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Ingredients for Colorful Chicken Seekh Kabab:

  • Chicken mince 1/2 kg
  • Egg 1
  • Cumin powder 1 tsp
  • Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
  • White pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Almond paste 1 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
  • Coriander 1 tbsp
  • Chopped onion 1 tbsp
  • Cheese 2 tbsp
  • Mix spices powder 1 tsp
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Chaat masala 1 tsp
  • Capsicum 1
  • Tomato 1
  • Salt to taste

Ingredients for Dahi Pudinay Ki Chutney:

  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Mint 1/2 cup
  • Coriander 1/2 cup
  • Green chilli 2
  • Garlic 2 cloves
  • Onion 1 tbsp
  • Black salt 1 pinch
  • Roasted cumin 1/2 tsp
  • Sugar to taste
  • Salt to taste
