Ingredients:

  • Khoya 1 kg
  • Sugar 1/2 kg
  • Glucose 1 tsp
  • Chocolate, Green, Red color as required
  • Ghee as required

Method:

  1. Heat khoya in one karahi pan. When it melts, add sugar in it and boil it.
  2. Together grate it and cool it.
  3. Barfi is ready.
  4. For Rangeen Barfi: Take out 2 tbsp barfi in three separate bowls.
  5. Now put chocolate, green and red color and mix it.
  6. Divide white barfi into 3 portions, spread little ghee on hands and make in shape of roll.
  7. Paste all four colored barfi pattiyan on top and roll it again with help of hands.
  8. In end, cut into pieces, keep in plate and serve.
