Ingredients for Matar Pulao:

• Peas 1 kg

• Ginger 1 tbsp
• Garlic 1 tbsp
• Salt to taste

• Mustard powder 1 tsp
• Soya sauce 2 tbsp
• Chilli garlic sauce 2 tbsp
• Corn flakes 2 cup

For Batter:

• Eggs 2
• Flour 1 cup
• Salt to taste
• Chilli garlic sauce 2 tbsp
