Ingredients For Chicken Bihari Roll:

  • Egg  4
  • Flour  1 tbsp
  • Corn flour  2 tbsp
  • Milk  2 tbsp
  • Salt  as needed
  • Chopped black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Chicken powder 1/2 tsp
  • Oil  as required
  • Chicken boneless  300 gm
  • Kichri powder  1 tbsp
  • Chopped garlic  1/2 tbsp
  • Chopped white pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Cream  4 tbsp
  • Chopped green chili 1/2 tsp
  • Salt  as needed
  • Chopped garam masala  1/4 tsp
  • Chopped red chilies  1 tsp
  • Chopped onions  1

Method:

  1. Take a bowl add egg, corn flour, flour, milk, salt, chopped black pepper and chicken powder mix it well.
  2. Now pour oil in a non stick pan, put the egg mixture spread it cook it well.
  3. Make rotiyan of this mixture in same way.
  4. Then take a bowl add chicken boneless, kichri powder, chopped garlic, chopped green chilies, chopped white pepper, salt, chopped red chilies, cream and chopped garam masala for marination and keep it in fridge for 30 minutes.
  5. Then pour oil in a pan, roast the marinated chicken cook it for 10 minutes.
  6. After that simmer it with coals and remove it.
  7. Then make the roll by adding chicken and chopped onions.

Ingredients For Grilled Hot Wings:

  • Chicken wings 6-8
  • Oil  2 tbsp
  • Mustard paste  1 tbsp
  • Salt  as needed
  • Chopped red chilies 1 tsp
  • Chopped green chili 1 tbsp
  • Chopped garlic  1 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  • Chinese salt  1 tsp

Method:

  1. Take a pan, add chicken wings and mustard paste, salt, chopped red chilies, chopped green chilies, chopped garlic, lemon juice and chinese salt and paste the masala.
  2. Then pour oil in a grill pan, cook it from 3, 3 minutes from each side.
