Ingredients:

  • Carrot 1 kg
  • Khoya 200 gm
  • Sugar 1/2 kg
  • Almond, Pistachio for garnish
  • Ghee 2 tbsp
  • Cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
  • Orange peel half
  • Eggs for garnish

Method:

  1. Put grated carrot and sugar in one karahi and cool until water of carrot dries.
  2. Put orange peel, sugar and water in another pot and cook it.
  3. When fragrance comes, put cooked carrot.
  4. Together put some ghee and roast it.
  5. In end, add khoya and cardamom powder and keep on dum.
  6. Take out in dish.
  7. Garnish with eggs, almond and pistachio and serve it.
