Ingredients for Lauki Ki Bhujia:

  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Onion 2 cup
  • Bottle gourd 750 gm
  • Tomato 2 cup
  • Green chili 3-4
  • Coriander 1/2 bunch
  • White cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Onion seed 1/2 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Chapati for serving

Method:

  1. Heat oil in one pan, put cumin, onion and onion seed and fry until golden brown.
  2. Now put bottle gourd cubes and all dry masalay and fry it.
  3. Then add tomato and cook until bottle gourd tender and oil is separated.
  4. In end, put green chili and coriander.
  5. Serve with hot chapati.
