Ingredients for Daal Ka Keema:

  • Green lentil 1 cup
  • Beef mince 250 gm
  • Green coriander 1 bunch
  • Chopped onion 2
  • Black peppercorn 4
  • Green chilies 4
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Put oil in one pot and do finely chopped onion light pink.
  2. When onion becomes light pink, put ginger garlic paste, turmeric and red chili powder, roast it lightly and add beef mince.
  3. When water of mince dries, take out lentil water and also add this.
  4. Together put green chilies, black peppercorn and salt, again roast it nicely, add 1 cup water, cover it and let water dries.
  5. After that, put green chilies and green coriander and keep on simmer.
  6. In end, serve delicious hot daal ka keema with plain rice.
