Ingredients for Cake Rus:

  • White flour 2-1/2 cup
  • Eggs 6
  • Icing sugar 2 cup
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Baking soda 1 tsp
  • Baking powder 2 tsp
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Put eggs in one bowl and beat well.
  2. Now put icing sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt and beat well.
  3. Than add white flour and fold with the help of spoon.
  4. Now spread oil in 4 sides of mold, put mixture and bake for 20 to 25 minutes on 200 degrees C.
  5. When cake rus is ready, take it out, cool it and cut cake into small small pieces.
  6. In end, put into oven try in line and bake again for 8 to 10 minutes.
  7. When ready, take it out and serve.
