Ingredients for Strawberry Jam:

  • Strawberries 1 kg
  • Sugar 1 kg
  • Lemon juice 1/4 cup

Method:

  1. Wash strawberries nicely, cut into half and put in plastic bowl.
  2. Now spread sugar and keep in refrigerator for 12 hours.
  3. Then put in one pan, cook for 15 to 20 minutes and stir continuously until jam becomes thick.
  4. Now put in sterilized bottle. It will set in 12 hours.
