Ingredients for Folly Chicken Rice:

  • Rice boiled 1/2 kg
  • Chicken boneless 1/2 kg
  • Ginger julienne 2 tbsp
  • Soya sauce 2 tbsp
  • Chili oil 1/4 cup
  • Green chili sliced 4
  • Carrots 1/2 cup
  • Capsicum 1
  • Spring onion 1 cup
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • White pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Chili sauce 2 tbsp
  • Ketchup 1/4 cup
  • Corn flour 2 tbsp

Method:

  1. First, heat chili oil, fry ginger julienne and chicken boneless with soya sauce, salt, white pepper, chili sauce and ketchup nicely.
  2. Now put 2 glass water, cover it and cook until boil.
  3. Then make thick with corn flour paste.
  4. Now fold in finely chopped capsicum, finely chopped carrot and finely chopped green chili.
  5. Now take big piece of foil, put 1/4 rice out of 1/2 kg.
  6. Then spread chicken mixture and chopped green onion with remaining rice.
  7. Sprinkle 2 tbsp chili oil on top, wrap it and bake in oven for 20 minutes on 180 degrees C.
  8. In end, serve hot.
