Ingredients for Daal Moth:

  • Masoor ki daal 1-1/2 cup
  • Oil for fry
  • Red chili powder 1/2 tsp
  • Chaat masala 1 tsp

Method:

  1. Clean masoor ki daal and soak overnight.
  2. Next day strain it and spread on cloth.
  3. When it dries, deep fry in hot oil and take it out.
  4. Now mix nimco masala in it.
  5. Now mix sev and daal and put in jar.
