Ingredients:

  • Samosa roti whole 4
  • Bhuna keema 1/2 kg
  • Fresh cream 1/2 cup
  • Eggs 2

Method:

  1. Beat eggs in bowl and mix fresh cream.
  2. Now keep one samosa roti on table, spread cream and egg mixture, cover with second roti and spread paste. Then brush second roti with paste.
  3. Now put bhuna keema and cover with one roti. Do this steps again all roti and keema is finished.
  4. Now roll it like swiss roll from one corner in foil and keep for a while in refrigerator.
  5. Now cut into thin slices, dip in beaten eggs and shallow fry until golden.
  6. In end, serve with chutney or ketchup.
