Ingredients for Pavlova:

  • Egg whites 3
  • Caster sugar 3 oz
  • Icing sugar 3 oz
  • Cream of tartar 1/4 tsp
  • Corn flour 1 tsp

For Filling:

  • Cream 200 gm
  • Icing sugar 2 tbsp
  • Strawberries 1 packet
  • Strawberry sauce 1 tbsp

Method:

  1. Put egg whites and cream of tartar in bowl and mix it. Then put caster sugar and beat.
  2. Put together icing sugar, mix corn flour and beat it nicely.
  3. Put butter paper on baking tray and grease it.
  4. Spread egg whites mixture on top.
  5. Bake in oven on 100 degrees C for 2 hours and chill it.
  6. Put beaten cream and finely chopped strawberries on top and spread strawberries slices.
  7. Pavlova is ready.
