Ingredients:

  • Maash ki daal 500 gm
  • Sugar 1 kg
  • Sandori color as required
  • Pistachio for garnish
  • Ghee 1 kg

Method:

  1. Soak maash ki daal for 2 hours, put in chopped and grind it.
  2. Beat grinded daal with batter until mixture becomes fluffy.
  3. Make syrup of sugar and water and cool it.
  4. Now tie mixture in cloth, make amrati as given in method in video and fry in medium hot ghee.
  5. Dip hot amrati in cold syrup and take out.
  6. Garnish with pistachio and silver paper and serve.
