Ingredients:

  • Mince 1/2 kg
  • Salt to taste
  • Red chili 1-1/2 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Poppy seeds 1 tbsp
  • Onion 1
  • Yogurt 2 tbsp
  • Green chili 4-5
  • Gram flour 3 tbsp
  • Egg 1
  • Garam masala 1 tsp
  • Oil for fry

Method:

  1. Mix all ingredients except oil in mince and make tikkiya.
  2. Fry in hot oil and serve.
