Ingredients for Chicken Egg Roll:

  • Chicken boneless 250 gm
  • Onion 1
  • Cabbage 250 gm
  • Carrot 2
  • Green onion 125 gm
  • White pepper 1 tsp
  • Sugar 1 tsp
  • Vinegar 1 tbsp

For Pan Cake:

  • Maida 1 cup
  • Corn flour 1/4 cup
  • Eggs 3

Method:

  1. For pan cake: Mix together egg, maida, corn flour and water and strain it.
  2. Grease non stick frying pan. Then put batter in it and pan cake is ready.
  3. When toast it from one side, remove it.
  4. For filling: Heat oil, put chicken stripes and fry it.
  5. When chicken is fried, then put salt, white vinegar, sugar and vinegar.
  6. Cut all vegetables into finely stripes, mix in chicken and chill it.
  7. Now keep vegetables mixture in pan cake, roll it and spread maida.
  8. Fry in oil and serve.
